Great, friendly environment for a haircut! The staff are lovely and always listen carefully to what you want, and they truly delivered. Kodai was my hairstylist and did an excellent job. I also love their booking system, it makes the whole process so much easier.

I can't recommend Loa Tokyo enough! Nana was an absolute joy from start to finish. She took the time to really understand what I wanted and delivered exactly that, with so much care, grace and attention to detail. Every step felt gentle and considered, and I left feeling completely looked after. The salon itself is calm, beautiful and welcoming, which made the whole experience feel like a proper treat. Had a haircut and single process colour with Nana, and she was absolutely amazing! She was so thorough and attentive, taking the time to ask about my preferences and daily styling routine, while also offering her own expert advice.

She helped me achieve a gorgeous chocolate ash brown colour and even gave me some great tips on how to manage and style my hair at home, which was incredibly helpful. I am absolutely thrilled with the final result and will definitely be booking in with her again!

I'm so glad glad I found this hair salon. Living here in Manchester for 17 years, I never got the proper haircut that I really like. But yesterday I have my first haircut at Loa and Kodai my hairdresser really understood what haircut and right colour I really wanted. I am really pleased with the result and I cant recommend enough this please. As an am Asian woman who is really particular with my haircut and style this is the right hair salon for me. Special mentioned to Sakura also who is very very helpful with my booking and arranging my appointment. Very lovely lady and very friendly, who has always smile on her face and willing to help you and explain anything about what your hair needs.

1st time I got my hair straightend today by Nana & such a lovely lady & she did an amazing job, I was really pleased with the results :)
